The Free Ranger thigh fillets are raised locally, without antibiotics and with no added hormones. 

Thigh fillets are a tender and juicy cut perfect for BBQing, grilling, pan frying or in a curry.

Cooking instructions

Product must be fully cooked before consumption. The following is a guide only. Appliance temperatures may vary. You may need to adjust cooking times accordingly. 

Frypan 

  1. Heat frypan with 1 tablespoon of oil to medium heat
  2. Remove product from all packaging, place the chicken into the frypan.
  3. Cook for 27-30 minutes or until juices run clear, turning occasionally.
